My story
Kitty that has taken up at the office. Owners moved and left behind. Spoke to Bert Merchant Supervisor at Henry County Animal Control 9/28/23 when we moved from Cleveland St to Bethlehem. I told Bert he was abandoned and we had been caring for him for 3 years and that he was microchipped to us. I asked how to handle the situation as far as paperwork, etc. He said he was ours.
