My story

I'm looking for my best bud for life! Is that you? My name is Ken! I’m a handsome gentleman and I have a unique coat that I love to show off! My caregivers do not know much about my past, because I was found wandering with Barbie but we do not need to go our new home together. I’m ready for endless adventures, playtime, and naps in my very own bed. Maybe I should tell you a bit about myself first! I have made many friends here during my time at High Country Humane. I would still like to meet any of your furry friends here before going home with you! Do I sound like your new best friend? Come by High Country Humane to meet me! Adopting with High Country Humane means your new pet is fixed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. We register that microchip (FREE!) and provide a free health exam with each adoption. Please bring a leash and collar for your new pet or plan to purchase a set at the shelter for $5 each. The shelter is open 11-5 PM, 7 days a week. We look forward to seeing you!
