Scroll through my photos to watch it.Hi there, my name is Spud!I’m a sweet 7-month-old mixed breed pup with a gentle disposition and a big heart for my people. I was surrendered with my sister when my owner`s living situation changed. I haven’t quite gotten used to being at the shelter yet, but I’m enrolled in a training program called “Confidence College” to help me become braver! My trainers say I’ve come a long way, but I still have some fears to overcome. I’d love to find a home with patient people who can help me on my confidence journey... Could that be you?Let me tell you a bit more about myself so you can decide if we’re a good match! Although I’m very shy and reserved in my kennel, I turn into a happy boy when I get some time away from the shelter. I love going on walks, getting pets from my human friends, and especially playing with my doggie friends! Having a social dog around really helps me build confidence, so it’s best that I go home with one. A confident canine companion can teach me the ropes of being a dog and show me the world isn’t so scary after all.In my last home, I lived with both dogs and cats, so if you have a feline friend at home, I bet we’d get along just fine! One thing you should know is that I’m a little afraid
If you have any questions or would like to adopt Spud, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
