My story

Hi, I’m Kyra (but my friends call me Pepper)! 🐾💕 I’m about 2 years old, a proud pit bull mix, and a total cuddle bug. If you’re looking for a shadow with a wagging tail, I’m your girl! I love to be close to my people—like, under-the-covers kind of close. Snuggling is my superpower. My perfect day? Soaking up the sun like a little toasted marshmallow, then flopping on the cool tile floor. Add in a walk, a good roll in the grass, and a car ride with the windows cracked just enough to sniff the breeze—chef’s kiss. Oh, and don’t forget dinner! I love my kibble, especially when it’s topped with gravy. Yum. I’m potty trained (yay me!), I love going to doggy daycare, and I play really well with other pups—especially the smaller, easygoing kind. I’m not really into bossy dogs… I like my peace, my play, and my naps. What I’m really dreaming of is a forever home with people who’ll let me be part of their world.
