My story

He has an uncertain past and was found wandering downtown Fuquay. It’s believed that he was a stray for a while but that has not held him back! Toby is a sweetie and absolute goofball. He appears to be somewhere between 6 months old to 1 year old, so he’s is still a young pup with the heart of a puppy. He doesn’t seem to know what to do with his long lanky legs most of the time. Due to his uncertain past, he can be shy at first but with just a little love he has opened up quickly. He has learned how to sit and get in his kennel (for a treat of course). He has improved greatly with house training as well. He will whine in the kennel at night for a little bit but soon will fall asleep and does well in the kennel when everyone is gone to work. He is eager to please and wants to be someone’s play and snuggle buddy. He will curl up on the couch with you after running circles outside. He does well with other dogs (both small and big). He would do well to have another dog to continue to show him the ropes of being a house dog and he would enjoy having a dog to play with. He loves stuffed toys and one of his favorite foods is peanut butter. Toby will make an amazing and loyal member to his forever family.  ************************************************************************ The adoption fee is $400, which covers food, vetting, microchip and the spay/neuter surgery performed by a rescue-affiliated vet.  All dogs receive a wellness visit and are up to date on shots appropriate for age.  Breed and size is Pawfect Match Rescue's best guess and not guaranteed.
