My story

Meet Savanna 7113 It is hard to find canine smiles with more heart, more hopefulness, more altruism, more promise, and more soul than those smiles that are shared by Savanna. It is always amazing how resilient the canine spirit can be when it shines through in the face of abandonment, abuse, disparagement, and lack of emotional support. Welcome to the world of Savanna who is now receiving care, kindness, encouragement, attention, and the love of the volunteers at the Humane Society in Rogers, AR. She is learning to trust again, the most difficult attribute to achieve but perhaps the most important of all to realize. At first meeting, Savanna will be observant and interested in you but will be somewhat understandably cautious. A hint that may help… offer her a quality “cookie” and she will approach and gently but deservedly accept the treat with respect and gratefulness. Give her some time and she will let her true self be seen. Savanna will be a loyal, always by-your-side, appreciative, and huggable canine who will bring smiles to your face and put joy in your heart as you experience a forever friendship with a thankful, lovable being.
