My story

Cosmo & his brother Blackjack were transferred to the NHSPCA from an overcrowded shelter in Louisiana. The brothers are an adorable pair - Blackjack is very social & outgoing, while his brother Cosmo sits back and lets the attention find him. Cosmo is a shy little bean but VERY sweet - he cannot wait to get away from the hustle & bustle of shelter life & settle into his fur-ever home! Cosmo might not be outgoing, but he is friendly with people that he knows and he loves being cuddled by humans. He may never be the life of the party and will likely hide if you have friends over, but he clearly wants to create a bond with a person of his own. Cosmo loves to play with his brother, so if you have a resident feline, they should be prepared for a kitten to pester them for play time. He is a darling boy who will win your heart with his bashful charm! If you'd like to meet Cosmo and all his friends at the New Hampshire SPCA, please visit our Adoption Center during our open hours: 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. every day except Wednesdays (closed).
