🚨 LADY NEEDS A HOME 🚨 📍 Located in Lansing, MI 📩 Apply at www.realrottweilerrescue.com Hi, I’m Lady — a 4-year, 8-month-old female Rottweiler with a pedigree, a heart full of love, and plenty of playful energy. I’m spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, and weigh around 110 pounds of pure gentle sweetness. I’m affectionate, calm in the house, and a little shy at first — but once I know you, I’ll be your shadow. I enjoy fetch (though returning the ball is optional 😅), going on walks, and relaxing by your side. I’m crate trained, sleep on a cozy dog bed, and use an extra-large crate when needed. I’ve even attended doggy daycare, where I surprisingly prefer playing with the little dogs — I guess I think I’m one of them! My vet says I’m a good girl (especially with peanut butter for heartworm meds!), and the neighbors say I’m a total sweetheart who loves treats. I haven’t lived with cats or small kids before, so a home without either is best for me. I’ve also been boarded at the vet when my human travels, and I do just fine. All I want is to be part of a loving home — one where I can belong, relax, and be adored. ⚠️ ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY We are a volunteer-run rescue. To streamline the process, we will only consider applicants who meet all of the following: ✅ You must own your home (or have written landlord approval for this specific dog) ✅ You must have an excellent relationship with your veterinarian ✅ You must use heartworm prevention consistently ✅ Your resident dogs must be up to date on vaccines and spayed/neutered ✅ You must have large breed experience (Rottweiler experience is a plus!) ✅ You must be willing to engage in continued training and enrichment 🚫 Please do not apply if: You have cats or small dogs Your current dogs are not up to date on vaccines Your dogs are not fixed You rent and your landlord does not permit large breeds 🖤 Lady is ready to be someone’s forever shadow, snuggle buddy, and loyal best friend.
