How this pet arrived: Bookie was brought in by her previous owner on 6/27/2025. Why this pet is the one for you:Bookie is a sweet but fearful pup who needs a patient and understanding home to help her feel safe and secure. She has shown sensitivity to handling and restraint, so she'll do best with someone who can respect her boundaries and give her plenty of time to build trust at her own pace. Due to her fearfulness, Bookie is required to go to a home with no children under 10. With gentle guidance and a calm environment, Bookie has the potential to blossom into a loving and loyal companion. At SDHS:Bookie has been vaccinated, microchipped and spayed.
