My story

🐾 Meet Skye – The Gentle Guardian Skye came to us from Oklahoma after a kind man who had taken in her stray mom and dad needed help placing their puppies. Her mom is a Red Heeler, and her dad is a Great Pyrenees—two intelligent, loyal breeds that clearly passed down their best traits to Skye. She was raised in a loving home with a yard and both her parents until she and her two sisters transitioned into rescue care and have since been in boarding. From the beginning, Skye was the leader of her litter—the calm, protective sister who watched over the others. She’s patient, thoughtful, and confident, yet still knows how to play and enjoy life. Skye has a wise, steady presence—and the soulful look of an angel. She’s ready for a forever home where she can continue being a quiet, loving protector, and finally know the peace and connection of a family of her own.
