My foster writes:Are you looking for a best friend who is a huge snuggle bug and a playful sidekick? Purr is the purr-fect match! This adorable, young cat is ready to find a forever home filled with love.He enjoys chasing toys, getting pets and curling up on laps. He actually LOVES belly rubs on hi super soft belly !! He likes being brushed and is pretty curious about everything we do. He is waiting at the door when we come home and he follows me wherever I go. He's not one of those "I'll come to you when I'm ready" kind of cats, he's at your side all the time. You'll never feel lonely with this guy !✨ What Makes Purr Special• Personality: Very curious, playful, loving, super affectionate & so cuddly• Litter-trained and ready to move in!Whether you're looking for a new cuddle buddy or just someone to make you smile after a long day, Purr has all the things you could want in a cat 🐾 He cannot get enough love 🐾What my friends at ACC say about me:My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!It is unknown if I have ever lived with other animals or children.I'm sensitive and shy. I'll need extra help from you.I am finding the shelter a bit overwhelming. Outside one-on-one I am a great big cuddle bug.Purr appreciates attention and petting but appears to be moderately fearful or stressed in the shelter. He will likely need time to warm up to his new home. We recommend that he go to a home with some cat experience preferred or at least be well counseled in fearful cat behavior.A volunteer writes: Left alone in an open carrier on the sidewalk, Purr chose to wait. Believing that help would come and his patience would be rewarded, he made the right choice as a Good Samaritan noticed and brought him to us where he's been trying to figure things out. Snuggled up in his den, he poked his head out to lean his cheek into my hand, but Purr, who loves pets, didn't feel much like coming out for them at first. Instead what held his attention most was a pipe cleaner feather. With both paws stretching out of his hiding spot, he played in a way that made sense to him before coming all the way out to gently snuggle and really play to his heart's content. While we may not know much about Purr's history before coming to the Care Center, he's open hearted and just really looking forward to meeting you. Primary Color: Black Weight: 8.3 Age: 1yrs 1mths 2wks
