My story

Rocky (64lbs) is one of those dogs who makes you believe in second chances. With his calm eyes and quiet strength, he’s ready to leave the past behind and step into the cozy, love-filled life he truly deserves. He has such a gentle, sensitive soul that deserves the very best. This sweet boy adores squeaky toys (the squeakier, the better!) and has earned a bit of a reputation around here for being totally spoiled, in the best way, by his favorite human staff member. He’s been living the plush life while he waited patiently to be adoptable, and now he’s ready for a home of his own!Rocky is the ultimate office buddy! Give him a soft bed and a few stuffies, and he’ll happily snooze while you tackle your to-do list. Whether you`re working from home or bringing your four-legged co-worker to the office, Rocky`s calm presence is perfect for a peaceful workday vibe. He can be a little shy with new people and may take a couple of visits to feel fully comfortable, but once you`re in his circle, you’re in for life. Trust us, his loyalty and quiet affection are so worth the wait. Rocky is a teal-blue fashion icon (yes, really...it’s his color!), and he’s looking for a calm, understanding home where he can set the pace. He prefers things a bit on the mellow side, so small kiddos or chaotic environments might be overwhelming. He’ll thrive with a family who respects his need for space now and then and knows that love sometimes means giving each other room to breathe. If you’ve got a dog at home, our team would be happy to arrange a meet-and-greet to see if they hit it off! We`re unsure of how he feels about cats.
