My story

Meet Klondike!Klondike is a 7 year old male toy poodle mix, breeder surrender, who is slowly learning to be a pet. He has been neutered and has received all his vaccines. He loves going for walks, though he will pull when he sees a squirrel. He is timid at first, but loves treats and will happily sit next to or in your lap for hours. He is great with kids. He plays with toys and his foster brother and doesn’t pay attention to the cat. He is gentle and non aggressive, sharing his food bowl without any issues. He seems to like most dogs on our walks, but does bark at terriers for some reason. He does wear a diaper in our house just to be safe, although it is generally dry as long as he is walked so he can potty outside. He sleeps in the laundry room with his foster brother on his bed all night without issue. He is a very sweet little guy and deserves a loving home. He would be fine in an apartment and as the only dog in the home.To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt.
