ALL ABOUT ME  Name: Yipsae Age: Born around March 2025   Gender: Female Spayed/Neutered: Scheduled for August  Breed: Jindo mix Colour: White Weight: 6.3kg Microchipped: Yes   MY RESCUE STORY Hi there! I’m Yipsae — a gentle soul with a big heart and an even bigger dream of finding my forever family. My story began on the streets, where my brave mom was doing her best to survive and care for me and my siblings. Life wasn’t easy, but thanks to some incredibly kind-hearted rescuers, we were given a second chance. I’ve come a long way since then, and now I’m ready to find a loving home where I can finally feel safe, cherished, and part of a family.   MY HEALTH Fully vaccinated (5-round series complete)  I’ve been spayed and have no known health issues.   MY PERSONALITY I’m a young pup growing bigger and brighter by the day! I’m super friendly with people and full of curiosity about the big, exciting world around me. I adore playing with other dogs and making new friends wherever I go. The volunteers and staff always say the same thing — photos and videos just don’t do me justice! With my soft coat and sweet eyes, I’m often compared to a living, breathing stuffed animal. But I’m not just cute on the outside — I’ve got a heart of gold, too. I’m playful, easygoing, and full of potential. With my confident spirit and joyful personality, I know I’ll settle into my forever home in no time and bring endless smiles to the lucky family who chooses me.   MY SOCIAL SKILLS   With People: I’m a friendly, affectionate pup who enjoys meeting people and soaking up gentle pets and cuddles. I haven’t had much experience with children yet, but with calm introductions and a bit of patience, I’m sure I’ll do just fine. After all, I’m still a young pup myself, and I’m learning every day! You can easily pick me up, and once I feel safe, I’ll even show you my belly — it’s my special way of saying, “I trust you.” I don’t guard my food and am always polite when it comes to mealtime. Volunteers and staff say I get along with everyone I meet, but like a true Jindo, I tend to form a strong bond with that one special person. Once I find my forever family, I know I’ll be the most loyal companion you could ask for — your shadow, your snuggle buddy, and your best friend.  With Dogs:  I love meeting new doggy friends and especially enjoy playing with pups that are a little bigger than me — they make the best playmates! While I generally get along well with other dogs, I do have a bit of a jealous streak when it comes to sharing attention, so I’d thrive best in a home where I can be the center of your world. I’m polite around food and don’t guard my meals from other dogs, but I’m still learning my social manners. If another dog is being a little too pushy or rude, I won’t back down — I like to stand my ground. Because of that, I’ll need slow, supervised introductions when meeting new canine companions to make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable. With a bit of guidance, I know I’ll continue to grow into a well-mannered and loving pup!   With Cats:  I haven’t met any cats yet, but with a slow and thoughtful introduction, I think I could learn to live peacefully with a feline friend.   ENERGY AND ACTIVITIES As a young pup full of wiggles and curiosity, I’ve got plenty of energy to burn! I love to run, explore, and play before settling down for some cozy cuddle time indoors. Once I’ve had my fun, I’m more than happy to curl up and enjoy a quiet snuggle by your side.   TRAINING & HABITS I’m still new to walking on leash — after all, I’m just a young pup learning how the big world works! When something startles me, like loud noises or busy streets, I sometimes lie flat on the ground as my way of feeling safe. I do much better in calm, quieter environments for now. With gentle guidance, patience, and lots of encouragement, I know I’ll grow more confident and become a great walking buddy, even in the hustle and bustle of the city. To keep me safe while I learn, it’s super important to use a double-leash setup with a martingale collar and a secure harness, so I don’t wiggle out if I get scared. I’m also doing really well resting in my kennel and enjoy having a cozy space of my own. I don’t show signs of separation anxiety at the moment, but as I grow older and build a strong bond with my family, I may need a little extra help learning how to feel calm and confident when left alone. With the right support, I’ll thrive beautifully!   MY IDEAL HOME I’m looking for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with: A family that offers a safe, structured, and calm environment. A family that enjoys spending quality time together indoors & outdoors. A family that can shower me with love and attention. A loving family who understands I’m still a young pup and will need lots of patience, gentle guidance, and positive training as I grow into a confident and wonderful young lady. Ideally the only dog in the home as I can get a bit jealous.   SPECIAL NOTES I’m a sweet and curious young pup, full of potential and ready to learn all about the world around me. While I may be a little shy and still figuring out leash walking, with your patience, gentle guidance, and lots of love, I know I’ll blossom into a confident, happy companion. I thrive in calm environments and do best with a family who understands my needs and is ready to support me every step of the way.
