My story

*Come meet me this Saturday (07.19.25) at the Fort Collins PetSmart from 10am-2pm! This event is first come, first served so we recommend arriving early if you have a specific furry friend in mind! This event operates on a number system so upon arrival make sure to get your number and we will call numbers up in groups! Please note in order to receive a number you need to be an approved adopter within the last 3 months. We will have paper applications available at the event as well as our application via our website! We hope to see you there! :)* Hi! They call me Cory. I came to Animal Friends Alliance looking for my best life with my 4 brothers when we were 11 weeks old. I am the shiest kitten in the group. I am not brave enough yet to jump up into the big comfy chair with my foster mom and siblings. I do like to climb up in the cat tree when my brothers are getting petted and get my share of loving! If you listen closely, you will hear me purr. I love to chase the feather wand, play with fleece ropes, soft balls, kicker toys, and the turbo chaser. I can hold my own in any wrestling match. While I am very comfortable with my family, if other cats or dogs are already part of your family, I would need a slow introduction to them. Contact the shelter to meet me and hear my story.
