My story

Say hello to Stu, a kitten with a very unique style—just take one look at the adorable black marking on his head and you’ll swear he’s wearing a tiny toupee! But don’t let the faux hairpiece fool you—Stu is 100% kitten, 100% fun and he’s ready to bring laughter and love into your life. Stu arrived at our shelter at the start of May, along with his siblings: Tommy, Lillian, Kimi, Edwin, and Angel. This lively bunch was brought in by a local grassroots rescue and Stu has since spent time in one of our loving foster homes, where he learned all the basics—how to play, how to snuggle and how to be an all-around excellent housemate. Now that some of his siblings have found homes, it’s Stu’s turn to shine. Stu is: * Friendly and full of playful energy * Already neutered, vaccinated and microchipped * A great match for someone looking for a kitten who’s sweet * In need of regular supervised playtime, social interaction and gentle guidance as he continues to grow What to expect when you adopt a kitten like Stu: * High energy and bursts of play, followed by long naps in the sun * A need for kitten-proofing your home because he’s curious about everything! * A commitment to routine vet care, proper nutrition and lots of attention * And of course, snuggles, entertainment and a lifelong bond If you’re ready for a kitten who’s as cute as he is comical, come meet Stu. He’s got the look, the personality and the love—you just need to bring the forever. The shelter is open Tuesdays through Fridays 3:30-6:30pm AND Saturdays & Sundays 1pm-4pm. No appointments are needed during those times.
