Although at first glance you might think I’m Judith is a snuggly potato, she is in fact a doggo! This gorgeous tan potato with a mask of lighter brown is a hefty gal, weighing in at about 18 pounds and a stunning 14 years young. Don’t let her potato-ish comparison fool you, though, she is a PEPPY potato and can be filled with energy and joy. She has the cutest little waddle and looks like the perfect size for squeezing and cuddling. In fact, I’m Judith is SUCH a fan of cuddles that she will nudge your hand should you become a bit lax with the consistency of her pets. This lovely little lady is vision impaired, but that doesn’t stop her from easily navigating and adapting to her surroundings (no stairs, though, we want her to be safe!). I’m Judith may not be able to see, but she has an inquisitive gaze and lovely forehead wrinkles. She also loves a good treat (let’s be honest, who doesn’t??), so she’s treat-motivated, but also has been known to enjoy a variety of healthy fruit and vegetable snacks. If you have room in your life for a chunky little love potato, please come meet I’m Judith today! **You can view more of I'm Judith on this instagram page @haddiebearyshouse ** Here's some notes from her foster: I can’t say enough that she’s an absolute joy. I’m constantly amazed by how well she navigates the house and our backyard despite her vision impairment, and happy to see how quickly she’s embraced “the good life” with us — food (including fruit and veggies!), finding many spots to rest around the house, welcoming cuddles and even demanding them (she paws us!), and just enjoying being around us and our two senior dogs. She is not able to do stairs on her own. She would need to be carried up/down stairs. She’s quite portable, in fact, she loves being held, so there’s no issue taking her where she needs to go. Also, I can’t say enough how much she loves affection — on the couch, in the car, she wants to be close/petted. I’m sure it’s reassuring too given her vision-impairment. That said, if you can’t give her attention, she settles down quickly. She really doesn’t ask for much; she’s just the best.
