Bella

My story

Bella, a loyal and loving Mutt, found herself in a desperate situation. After her humans were evicted, they made the heartbreaking decision to chain her to a railing outside the Humane Society Bella loves to go on walks and is very easy going on her leash. She’s easy to train with a high drive to please her people, she can sit, shake, spin and is practicing her long hold sit and stay. Peanut butter will get her to do just about anything. She’s a great companion to have lazy Saturdays with or take on adventures, she will go on hikes and loves riding in the car. She stays in her crate without whining when left while her foster mahm goes to work and can even just stay in the bedroom as long as no dirty clothes are left out (she likes to chew the stinky stuff). She’s good with men, women, and older children. She’s not a fan of overly loud noises, so a more quiet household would be best. She can be people selective at times out of fear, so we will always need to proceed with alertness and read her body language. She’s done well with people in the house and outside, usually outside she’s more willing to interact with dogs over people. She even hosts game nights occasionally with her foster mahm. Bella is patiently awaiting a family of her own again. Can that be you? Bella is a total sweetheart!! She is spayed, microchipped, dewormed, and up-to-date on vaccinations, heartworm prevention, and flea/tick prevention.
