My story

At about 5 years old and weighing 18 pounds, Devo was found wandering alone, completely blind, in someone’s driveway. How he ended up out there without sight, on his own, is a question we may never have answered. Was he lost or abandoned? Either way, it’s clear he’s already survived more than most could imagine. What’s incredible is that Devo doesn’t carry any bitterness from his past, instead he approaches life with a confidence and a playful spirit that’s impossible to ignore.Devo’s blindness doesn’t define him. It’s just one part of his story, and he’s mastered living fully without it. He’s curious, adventurous, and surprisingly bold, always eager to explore new places, meet new friends, and soak up all the love he can get. He’s got a goofy, playful side too, and his unique way of navigating the world brings a fresh perspective on resilience and joy.He gets along great with other dogs and thrives on human attention.
