My story

Meet Sentry! Sentry is a big, bold German Shepherd with a bark that says “security detail” and a heart that says “snuggle buddy.” This handsome goofball might sound like a tough guy at first, but don’t be fooled—he’s all about belly rubs, playtime, and being your oversized shadow. Sentry can be a little wary of men at first and may need a bit of time and patience to warm up, but once he trusts you, he’s all in. He’s the kind of dog who’ll announce visitors like he’s guarding the palace, then try to sit in their lap five minutes later. With his playful energy and gentle soul, Sentry is ready to trade his pretend guard dog gig for a real job as your loyal, loving best friend. Sentry is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all of his vaccinations. You can meet him at the CASPCA between the hours of 12 and 6 PM daily, no appointment necessary.
