Meet Billy! This sweet black kitten with adorable white spots on his chest and belly is ready to find his forever home. Raised in a loving foster home with his 8 siblings, Billy is cuddly, gentle and playful. He loves wrestling with his sister Chickadee and chasing toy mice around the room. When he’s not playing, Billy is all about the snuggles—he’ll curl up on your chest or stretch out in a sunny spot on his favorite cat tree.
