My story

My name is Gersende and I am a dilute tortie domestic shorthair. I am a spayed female and I am 3 months old. I am at the shelter because I was found as a stray on 06/05/2025. I am a good kitty who uses the litterbox! I am a medium energy cat and I can live with an owner with no prior pet owning experience. I do not have a history of trying to escape the home, but the shelter staff always recommends owners be mindful that I do not accidentally sneak out on their way out the door. I can be good with men, women, and children. I can be good with other cats and I can be good with dogs.My foster family said: `Gersende is a sweetheart that just cannot get enough of people! She is the first one to greet anyone that comes in the room, looking for love, pets, and possibly to play with your necklace! She has a dynamic personality, and she loves to play with her toys but she loves her humans more. She may be little, but her purrs rumble the room. It’s hard to be lonely with this girl around!`
