My story

Meet Brambleberry, an 11-week-old kitten with a tender heart and a shy, thoughtful nature. He’s still learning to feel confident in new surroundings, but with a little patience and a lot of love, Brambleberry will begin to show his sweet personality. He’s looking for a calm, gentle home where he can feel safe and take his time getting comfortable.If you’re someone who understands that the best bonds are built slowly, Brambleberry might be the perfect match for you. Come meet him at the MaryAnn Wright Animal Adoption and Education Center—he’s waiting for someone special like you!For current adoption fees, please see our website, www.metrodetroitanimals.org. Adoption fee includes: age-appropriate vaccinations, spay or neuter, microchip, ID tag, fecal / worming, basic physical and behavior assessment. Dogs (6 months and older) receive an occult heartworm test. For an additional $20, cats (12 weeks and older) can be tested for FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus) / FLV (feline leukemia).
