McHenry

My story

McHenry has the most soulful, sweet face! He came to us from a hoarding situation, so we're sure he's seen some things. Luckily, it's all up from here little guy! McHenry is a 5 year old, 15 pound, Rat Terrier/Chihuahua mix. He does well with other dogs, and tends to look to the other dogs in his foster home for guidance. He'd probably enjoy the company of a confident pup in his forever home! He's still nervous meeting new people so his future family will need to be patient as he gets comfortable. He's showing more of his personality every day, so he will get there! He's making progress potty training and enjoys spending time in his crate since it's his safe space. He's started running around the yard having fun, and has also figured out he likes to be held - he will paw you when he wants to be picked up :) If you can give McHenry the forever he very much deserves, let us know!
