My story

Beef is currently located at the EAC in Westminster (10460 Town Center Dr, Westminster, CO, 80021) and can be visited from 10am-6pm Sat/Sun and 12pm-8pm Mon-Fri! Email our EAC team at EAC@savinganimalstody.org for more information! All hail Beef, a 1-year-old Border Collie mix with a regal strut and an all-black coat as sleek as velvet. Despite the name, this lady prefers the finer things in life—soft beds, gentle pets, and being addressed with the proper title: Princess Beef, if you please. 👸🐶 She’s playful and smart (naturally, she is Border Collie royalty), but she expects to be treated like the queen she knows she is. Treats should be delivered promptly, belly rubs granted upon request, and she’ll graciously accept your admiration. She expects her dog friends to behave with courtesy! Though she carries herself with royal grace, Princess Beef still has a silly, lovable side—especially when she’s around her trusted humans. If you’re ready to serve in her royal court and be rewarded with loyalty, snuggles, and the occasional royal zoomie, then Princess Beef is ready to grant you an audience.
