My story

Hello World, meet our newest little addition, LJ! This tiny tot was abandoned all alone and barely weighing in at one pound. He stumbled under a volunteer’s porch hungry and very tired, but made his presence known; and here he is! We have no idea how he got that far, but he is a survivor, that is for sure! He is still in foster care for a few more weeks to get him socialized with another kitten (Molly - also up for adoption), one really nice big dog and people while he awaits the rest of his routine kitten vet care. AAC HHI tries to do “pre-adoptions” with the teensy kittens, so they can go straight from foster care into their furever homes - which is so much less stress on them; and sets everyone up for success. So we are taking applications on this adorable little man. LJ is still very small (4-5 weeks old?) so we are learning about his personality as he grows, but he seems incredibly friendly, curious and just an all around awesome kitten. LJ will be neutered as have all of his kitten-appropriate vaccinations before he can physically go to his new home.
