🐾 **Meet Charlie — Our Special Little Survivor!** 🐾 Charlie is a handsome French Bulldog with a heart of gold and a story of resilience. While he has some mobility challenges, he does **not** need a wheelchair — this determined guy can get around on his own just fine. 🙌 He also has **full bladder and bowel control**, making his care needs much easier than many expect for a “special needs” dog. 💙 Charlie’s Wish List: - A loving, patient adopter who will celebrate his differences - A safe, comfy home where he’s part of the family - Lots of snuggles — he’s a champion cuddle bug! 🐶💕 Charlie may be “special needs” on paper, but if you meet him, you’ll see he’s just a wonderful, happy dog ready for his forever home.
