Watson is about 1.5 years old, weighs 11 pounds and is a happy, playful pup! Watson is very sweet, friendly and as you can see in the video, enjoys exploring and playing. He was rescued with the other "W" Chihuahuas near the border of Mexico. We are so happy they are all safe with us. His hair is growing back after his treatments and he will be just the most handsome boy once it is all back in. He has the cutest face and fantastic ears!! We can see him doing well in a home where he can get lots of attention and playtime with his family. He is curious and enjoys being held. Watson has a fun personality and will be a typical fun loving Chi. He enjoys playing with toys and the other dogs here at the rescue. He is just a fun-loving pup who can’t wait to find a home of own! He would be a wonderful, loyal companion to grow up in just about any family environment. We are located in Hondo, TX. Watson is available for transport to Gettysburg, PA on August 23rd, (GotchaDay!) with approved application and confirmed adoption! Adoption fee is $450 including transportation costs. If you would like to add this cutie to your family, please review our process and complete an application here - https://www.tracyspawsrescue.org/adopt Learn more about our rescue here: https://www.facebook.com/TracysPawsRescue Services our dogs receive prior to adoption: Chagas Testing Heartworm and Tick Testing (age appropriate) All age-appropriate vaccines Heartworm and flea/tick preventatives Spay/neuter surgery Microchip *The breed(s) listed are guessed and based on the dog's physical appearance.* Watson tested positive for Chagas disease and has started treatment. This is completely curable after treatment and dogs can go on to live long and happy lives. Our rescue is one of the first to do Chagas testing for all of the dogs in our care and is having measurable success in the treatment protocol. We are also focused on continued education and awareness of Chagas to help even more dogs. For more information, please review here: https://www.tracyspawsrescue.org/chagas
