My story

Big brown eyes&#44 exquisite markings&#44 and a soft and supple coat of many colors. Hi&#44 Iandamp;#39;m Kim&#44 a very young and beautiful medium-sized gal who is in the market for a new home. I was transferred in from another rescue when they ran out of room for me. Iandamp;#39;m a sweet girl&#44 and Iandamp;#39;m working hard to learn the ways of a shelter. I get nervous here. Yes&#44 all the loud noises can overwhelm me and make me anxious. I seem to always need to be in andamp;quot;protective modeandamp;quot; since I worry that something bad might happen to me. But hey&#44 we all have to get used to the shelter while we wait for our family to find us. Fear of the unknown is worse than just facing your fears!andlt;br/andgt;andlt;br/andgt;Outside of the kennel I can be jumpy and excitable&#44 but inside the kennel Iandamp;#39;m soft and much calmer. Iandamp;#39;m very playful&#44 too; and I really get along well with other dogs. I love to play chase&#44 and I get the zoomies quite often after a successful play encounter. Hey&#44 playtime makes me happy&#44 and I show it! andlt;br/andgt;andlt;br/andgt;The shelter thinks Iandamp;#39;d do best in a home where the kids are older. Iandamp;#39;m still working on how to curb my enthusiasm and not get overwhelmed with excitement. A lot of that is shelter stress and my youth. I think my confidence level will improve as I grow more sure of my environment and how safe it really is here. I am a true couch potato&#44 and Iandamp;#39;d sure love to find a family that wants to include me in movie and popcorn nights on the sofa. andlt;br/andgt;andlt;br/andgt;Please&#44 would you think about making me your dog?
