My story

Marmalade is the purrfect kitten: affectionate, curious, and playful, and snuggly! He’s is a star athlete in the world of kitten fun—an expert at zooming & jumping. He especially loves chasing the laser light, mouse toys, and wand toys. Whether he's tumbling with his siblings or showing off his moves solo, Marmalade is always on the go. This little guy has a soft side, too! After a long day of adventures and kitten games, Marmalade loves nothing more than curling up in a cozy lap for some well-earned snuggles and pets. Chin and head scratches? Yes, please! Marmalade is incredibly outgoing and friendly—he knows no strangers! He’s always the first to explore new spaces and greet new people. He adores other cats and kittens and would thrive in a home with feline companions (or lots of human attention!). If you’re ready to welcome a playful, loving, and social kitten into your life, Marmalade is ready to steal your heart. Adoption fee: $250 (Includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, worming, and FeLV/FIV test - over $450 worth of veterinary care!) Go to www.ColumbusPetRescue.com to begin the adoption process today. Click on "available pet" and scroll down to find the adoption application. After filling out an application, e-mail it to ColumbusPetRescue@gmail.com. You could also go to our on line application at https://form.jotform.com/ColumbusPetRescue/adoption. We will process your information and check veterinary and other references. Finally, you may be scheduled for a home visit to make sure the environment is perfect for your new family member. Once you are approved, the process is simple: choose your new kitten, meet and greet him or her, and, if all goes well, you have yourself a new pet. We only adopt within the state of Ohio.
