My story

Jade is at our Adirondack Region Cat Adoption Center in Glens Falls, NY. Meet Jade, a beautiful and resilient mama cat with striking jade-colored eyes that reflect both her strength and her sensitivity. She was found as a pregnant stray in a barn, doing her best to survive and protect her unborn kittens. Thankfully, she was rescued just in time to give birth in a safe, quiet space where she could raise her litter in peace. Now that her kittens have grown and found loving homes, Jade is ready for a forever home of her own—one where she can finally relax and be pampered. She has a bit of a spicy streak with new people, but once she feels secure, she reveals her sweet, affectionate nature and will form a deep bond with her person. Jade doesn’t get along with other cats and is happiest as the queen of her castle, where she can enjoy all the love and attention she deserves. For inquiries, email adoptadk@animalleague.org.
