My story

Hello, my name is Forest. I am a male 4 month old domestic short hair kitten that weighs approx. 4 lbs. My siblings and I were left in front of the shelter during closed hours on 7/21/25 and no owner was located. I am now looking for my FURever home that has the time and patience to help me become the best kitty I can be. I am on dry kitten food and using the litter box well. My adoption fee is $75. I am neutered, microchipped, current on my rabies, first FVRCP booster, and dewormer. Once submitted, RAC staff will be in touch with next steps with in 24-48 hours.  All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption.
