Bullwinkle

My story

From a staff member 7/22: I took Bullwinkle outside today. At the kennel, Bullwinkle was very timid and avoided the leash. Once he was leashed, he walked well and didn't pull. In the play yard, he immediately used the restroom. He tended to avoid me in the play yard. He went back in the kennel with no issues. On 7/24/25 I visited Bullwinkle in his kennel. He was whale eyed in his kennel with head low. I offered treats, but he showed no interest. I opened his kennel door and he slowly stepped back. I tried to call to him, but he stayed at the back of his kennel. FAS 3-4
