My story

Meet Scout, a bold young tabby with the heart of an explorer and the nose of a bloodhound—if bloodhounds were small, furry, and wildly dramatic about snack time. Scout is on a mission to investigate everything—your shoes, your cereal bowl, your private thoughts—nothing is safe from his nosy little face. He demands attention like it’s his birthright, and he will climb your leg to get it. Lap time is not optional. Snuggles are mandatory. Privacy? Um, no. While Scout is all love and cuddles, let’s be clear: he does not share toys. In fact, if you so much as look at his wand toy, he will file a formal complaint. Despite this shortcoming, this little fella LOVES other kitties. Young, old, male, female…he doesn’t care! He will get up in their business and demand their friendship. And if they decline? Well, then they get a tiny hiss and a swat in the face. And I hope that you like kitty butts, because you’ll likely see a lot of his. Thought you’d plop on the couch and watch some tv? Well, he’s got other plans -namely standing on your chest with his little backside about 3 inches from your nose. (You get used to it.) On a serious note, he has had zero exposure to dogs or young children. But if they’re kind to him, then he’s cool. If they pay attention to and play with him? He’ll be their best friend.
