My story

Star is a 45-pound girl with a big heart and an even bigger personality. She’s sweet, gentle, playful, and confident—the kind of dog who brings both joy and calm wherever she goes. With medium energy, Star enjoys her playtime and toys (she adores toys of all kinds!) but also knows how to settle in and relax. She’s well on her way with training: she’s house trained, crate trained, treat motivated, and eager to learn. She enjoys showing off new tricks and especially loves working with a slow feeder. Star is friendly with other dogs and greets them happily on walks. She can be a little cautious meeting new people, but warms up quickly and loves attention. She’s also kid-friendly and would make a wonderful addition to a family. If you’re looking for a loving, easy-to-enjoy dog who will make you laugh and keep your heart full, Star might be the perfect match. (SG)
