Confetti

My story

Confetti is a sweet and loving girl, likely some Heeler blended with a short and longer breed. She is about a year old and weighs 25 pounds. If you’re looking for a small dog that will follow you around all day, wagging her tail, and looking at you with love in her eyes, she’s the one. She also likes to play with toys and sit outside in the sun. Most of all, though, she just wants to be with her people.  She has done well with her foster Great Pyrenees sister as well as other dogs she meets and has charmed everyone she has met out on walks, including children. She  does not seem bothered by neighbors’ cats or the kitty she met while she was in the shelter.   She does extremely well in her crate and doesn’t make a sound during the night. She seems to understand potty training, but also seems to have a small bladder, so she will need someone to let her outside regularly.  She did not understand walking on a leash at all at first, but is improving with experience.  A home with a fenced yard would be best for her due to this and will be given preference, but she mainly craves a household with people who are around to accept all the love she has to offer.
