My story

Patty isn’t looking for chaos—she’s looking for calm. With her sturdy tabby build and distinguished white bib and cheeks, she’s a striking figure perched high above it all, watching the world with wary eyes and quiet longing. She once knew the comfort of a real home, and ever since, the bustle of the Adoption Center has left her uneasy. Though she keeps mostly to herself, Patty is no mystery. Her occasional warning hiss to overly bold cats isn’t aggression—it’s self-respect. She knows her boundaries and stands by them. What she truly wants is a soft landing: a place where she can reclaim her dignity, rebuild trust, and stretch out without judgment. From her favorite high perch, she takes stock of the day with cautious glances—waiting, hoping, maybe remembering what it was like to be someone's beloved companion. If you believe in quiet bonds, in patience, and in offering a cat the safety to be herself, Patty might be your kindred spirit.
