Lupe

My story

Lupe is a 5 month old lab/shepard mix looking for her perfect person/people. She will probably grow to be about 70 lbs. She’s is a sensitive girl but full of energy and love. Her favorite things include getting gentle love from her people, toys, fetch and just running in general. She enjoys cuddling up on someone’s lap, although she’s a bit big for that, she’s definitely down for a snuggle. She needs a home with another sensitive soul that enjoys being active, can be patient with her and be willing to meet her needs even if some creativity is needed. She would do well with another playful dog or as an only dog where she can get all of the attention. She loves playing with her 12lb foster sister and the other dogs at adoption events. She’s so sweet and silly but has a protective side. Lupe is also so smart and doing really well learning manners on and off the leash. She’s is very eager to please. She has been working on potty training and hasn’t had an accident in a long time. Due to her high energy and creative mind, someone with shepard experience or a willingness to learn about her needs is necessary for her to thrive. She will make the best adventure partner on hikes, car rides, camping trips, lake/river days etc..
