She was recently surrendered by her previous owner through no fault of her own, and now she’s patiently waiting for a second chance at a loving forever home. Penelope is as sweet as can be—she enjoys exploring her surroundings and watching the world go by from a cozy perch. Her curious nature means she’s always interested in what you’re up to, whether you're working from home or relaxing on the couch.
