My story

Sasha is a stunning 2-year-old Husky mix with the fluffiest fur and the sweetest soul. While she may be shy at first, once Sasha gets to know you, she’ll melt into your arms for cuddles and pets. She’s a gentle girl who finds comfort in quiet environments and can be a bit nervous around loud noises or too much hustle and bustle. Sasha loves her crate, it’s her safe haven, complete with her favorite cozy bed and blanket. She's also a big fan of crinkly toys, bully sticks, and long naps! Sasha is both smart and intuitive, she already knows some basic training cues, and she’s potty trained, with no accidents in the house so far. Walks with her are peaceful; she’s good on a leash and doesn’t pull much at all. Sasha is still working on bell training and building confidence in new situations, so she’ll need a patient and understanding adopter willing to give her time, love, and reassurance. With the right home, Sasha will blossom into the loyal, loving dog we know she is inside. All of our dogs and puppies go home spayed or neutered, microchipped, and heartworm tested (for dogs 7 months and older). They are also up to date on core vaccines, as well as heartworm, flea, and tick preventatives. Each adoption includes a 3.5-pound bag of dog or puppy food and a free vet exam at one of our participating veterinary partners.
