My story

Part cuddle-bug, part adventurer, Riviera is ready to party with you and your playful male or female dog before joining you on the couch for some love! Riviera has made great progress gaining confidence when meeting new people while in her foster home. In part, that confidence has emerged through being taught how to be a dog from her foster's two resident dogs, whom she adores. Therefore, Riviera is seeking a loving home where she will no longer be an outdoor pet and has the companionship of another dog. Riviera's new home must also please teach guests and strangers to ignore her until she decides to approach them, so she may do best in a home where there aren't children or many visitors who may not be able to follow this important precaution.Riviera has had litters in the past despite her young age, and she has overcome great loss with her puppies. Despite those losses and challenges, Riviera is so sweet, so loving, and taps with her paw to encourage you to keep petting her. She has learned 'sit,' and is working on other commands; additionally, she is now housebroken.
