My story

Hi I`m Kovu! I’m a playful, loyal kitty who loves to be near my people—whether we’re playing together or just hanging out. I’ll follow your lead and match your energy. Want to play? I’m ready! Ready to relax? I’ll curl up right next to you and keep you company.I can be a little shy around strangers at first, but I usually warm up pretty quickly once I feel safe. I’ve got a gentle heart and just need a little time to get comfortable. After that, I’m all yours!I really enjoy being around other cats and would love to have a feline buddy in my new home. I haven’t met any dogs yet, so I’m not sure how I feel about them—but I might be open to it with a slow introduction.Oh—and great news—I’ve got a clean bill of health and I’m all ready to find my forever home. If you’re looking for a sweet, playful, and affectionate companion who’s happiest by your side, I might just be the perfect fit.I am 9 months old, and 10 lbs.! I am full grown. I am a neutered male who is microchipped, and fully vaccinated. My adoption fee is $50, which can be paid with cash, card, or by check. Feel free to visit the shelter Monday through Friday 11am to 5pm and Saturdays 10am to 2pm.
