My story

Hi there! I'm Helen, a lovable Lab mix pup with a spark for adventure and a heart full of love. I may have been the runt of the litter, but don’t let my size fool you—I've got the spirit of a champion and the courage of a lion cub! I've been the underdog from the start, and now I’m ready to find my forever family to cheer me on in this big, exciting world. I’m a confident and curious explorer, always on the lookout for my next discovery. Whether I’m sniffing around the yard, figuring out my favorite toys (spoiler: the fluffy ones are the best), or playing with my doggy siblings in the grass—I’m all in! I’m also doing great with potty training, and I'm crate trained, too! I sleep quietly in my crate all night long! I’ve been around kids of all ages and I get along fantastically with them all! I’m gentle, patient, and always up for some playtime or cuddle time. I also get along wonderfully with other dogs and have met a cat who didn’t interest me much (so cats are totally fine with me!). After a day of fun and exploration, I love to snuggle up next to you and relax. Whether you’re watching TV or reading a book, I’m happy just being near you. I’ve been to the vet, am up to date on vaccines, and I’m microchipped—ready for my forever home!
