IDGSR Welcomes GALA into the safety of the rescue!! THIS DOG IS FOSTERED IN TENNESSEE & AVAILABLE FOR TRANSPORT ************** Hi! My name is Gala and I'm an 8-yr old female German Shepherd. I am located in Greeneville TN and will be available for transport. Quick Facts Age: 8-10yrs old Kids: will do fine with older kids (8+) Dogs: does well with large male dogs Cats: NO cats Training: could use an obedience refresher 1. I have lived a pretty sad life. I have been kept on a chain or in a pen for years without the proper love & care that I deserve. 2. I would do just fine as an only dog or with a large male companion. I will be your most loyal companion! 3. For an older gal, I have decent manners, I'm house & crate trained, and I have a lovely disposition. I don't need to be crated, I'm polite inside. 4. I would love to go on some leisurely walks, maybe to get a pup-cup every now and then, and be with someone who can give me the life I so desperately want. 5. If you have any squirrels, rabbits, birds, or small pests in your yard, I'll keep the yard free of them! I might be an older girl but I am still quick on my feet! 6. If you are looking for an older companion, one who is loyal, friendly, quiet, and mild mannered - I'm your girl! **SERIOUS APPLICANTS ONLY! If you are not 100% ready to adopt, please wait** ************** ***IMPORTANT ADOPTION INFORMATION*** -ALL dogs are fostered in TENNESSEE unless otherwise noted -We do transport dogs to the east coast; a transport fee will apply -All dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, monthly preventatives, & are spayed or neutered -Puppies under 6-months of age will require a SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT, a portion of the adoption fee will be refunded upon documentation of the spay/neuter -An application must be submitted before scheduling an appointment to meet a dog -Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY -Due to the high volume of emails we receive, first priority will be given to those with submitted applications -All rescue work is done by dedicated volunteers, please be respectful of their time -Not able to adopt?
