But with a little time, a lot of love, and plenty of belly rubs, he’s blossomed into the ultimate snuggler and full-time love bug. Sully is soulful, sweet, and steadily gaining confidence as he learns that the world can be a kind and loving place. He’s the kind of dog who will quietly curl up beside you, gaze at you with his big, thoughtful eyes, and make you feel like the most important person in the world. He’s gentle, affectionate, and incredibly perceptive—always tuned in to the moods of the people around him. Low maintenance and very chill, Sully is content with simple pleasures: a comfy bed, a calm walk, and a human to love. He’s leash trained, crate trained, obedient, and endlessly loyal. Sully is currently in the middle of heartworm treatment and is expected to make a full recovery soon. He’s been an absolute champ through it all, and his resilience just adds to his quiet charm.
