My story

Cookie is a smart, affectionate girl who’s learning quickly that the good life includes hugs, kisses, and lots of love! She’s eager to please her humans and picks up on routines and training quickly. She’s also fully housebroken and sleeps quietly in her crate through the night.Cookie is well-mannered in the house and loves being close to her person, though she’s also happy to find ways to entertain herself—especially if there’s a Nylabone around. She’s a big fan of car rides and handles them like a pro.She enjoys exploring the yard and going for walks, though she tends to prefer shorter strolls. Cookie does have a strong prey drive, especially outside, and is currently working on her leash reactivity to other dogs.While Cookie has had friendly interactions with other dogs—especially gentle and small-breed pals—she thrives best with calm, respectful dog pals.Cookie is currently enjoying the comforts of a foster home where she’s continuing to learn and grow.
