My story

Meet Meeko, a sweet senior looking for a second chance. After years of being confined to a small crate, with no medical care, no affection, and no understanding of what it means to be loved, Meeko is finally getting the fresh start he’s always deserved. Surrendered by his previous owners, this gentle old soul has endured more than any dog should , yet somehow, he still has love to give. At first, Meeko may be a bit shy. Can you blame him? But give him a little time, and you’ll see his walls come down. Once he trusts you, he melts into your arms like he’s been waiting for that moment his whole life. And in a way, he has. Now in his golden years, Meeko isn’t looking for much , just a quiet, safe place to call home. A soft bed. A patient family. A few gentle snuggles and maybe a sunny spot by the window. He’s missed out on years of cuddling, playing, and simply being a dog. He’s ready to make up for lost time , at his own pace, in the right home. Meeko would do best in a calm environment, ideally without young children, where he can decompress and truly relax. He doesn't need a lot, just someone who will give him the peace he’s longed for.
