My story

Nickel is a sweet and sassy German Shepherd girl with brains, beauty, and a whole lot of heart. She’s confident, curious, and quick to pick up on new things—whether it’s a game, a command, or how to get extra snuggles. She’ll need guidance, structure, and plenty of positive reinforcement as she grows, but she’s already proving to be a quick learner. Nickel is the kind of pup who will shine with a dedicated person by her side—she’s truly one-of-a-kind.Please do your breed research before applying to adopt. German Shepherds and GSD mixes are a special breed of dog with special requirements. These dogs were bred to have a job, and without the right activity level/purpose they won’t flourish which can lead to issues down the road. These dogs are incredibly smart and need to be challenged both physically and mentally to really be happy. The German Shepherd is known to be vocal when excited and can be a bit mouthy at times, proper training is key in helping your German Shepherd adjust to their new life. German Shepherds are a fun, athletic breed that many have fallen in love with over the years, but please keep their breed needs in mind when considering adding one to your household.Please remember that they are a puppy and puppy behavior come with the package. They need basic training and potty training along with being provided chew toys to encourage proper chewing habits. All puppies require socializing from a young age to help them become the best, most well-rounded dog they can be.
