My story

My name is Mr. Popcorn. My brothers and I were born outside to a feral mom. We are still learning about life indoors and that humans are nice. I am still learning about indoor noises and the shelter is a scary place for me. I will need a patient family willing to let me take my time getting used to my new surroundings. I`ll need a safe place in your house like a bathroom or bedroom without a bed to hide under. Once I get used to my new humans, I will be ready to explore more of the house. I would love to go home with one of my brothers A 731839, A731838, A731837 or to a home with a friendly confident resident cat that will help show me the ropes.I am still scared of fast movements or new noises at my foster home. (I will hiss at you until I learn you are my new human.) I am slowly getting more comfortable and when tired or eating I allow my foster mom to give me some pet sessions. I do not mind being picked up if you are moving me from one spot to another slowly, but do not like being held. I prefer to get attention with all four feet on the ground. I do enjoy chin scratches and ear rubs however I am still very skittish compared to my brothers and would do best in a quiet home with humans that have prior cat experience. I prefer having a den to sleep in (currently my carrier). I am curious and will go exploring and checking out new things in the room. My new family should be prepared to brush me regularly to keep from getting mats. My favorite thing to do is chase my bother or a wand toy jumping in the air to catch it.
