My story

Meet Beatrice! This beautiful lady is looking for a cozy place to retire. Miss Bea is a stunning redbone coonhound mix with an estimated birthday of 03/01/2015. Bea was found off on her own adventure one day after a bad storm had blown through Dickson. Poor Bea was soaked to the bone, tired and weary from traveling through the rain. When she entered our care, we could tell right away that she likely was previously used to breed litter after litter of puppies before she went out soul searching. Since entering our care, Beatrice has decided she enjoys the company of other dogs, so long as they like her voice. She thinks cats are just another fun thing to chase, so a home without is best. She loves kids and would be great in a home with one or two. In her senior age, Beatrice has learned to enjoy the finer things in life. She revels in a comfortable bed, a nap in the sunshine, and a relaxed stoll through the fields. True to her breed, Beatrice has the voice of an angel, and will sing you her songs if you ask nicely.
